Revenue Department issued detailed guidelines for the regularization of unauthorized reclamation carried out or completed before 12/08/2008. As per the rule the owners of paddy land ,converted can apply to concerned District collectors for regularization within 90 days from the notification.

The Kerala Town&Country Planning Bill 2015
To provide for the promotion of planned development and regulation of growth of urban and rural areas in the state, Kerala Town & Country Planning Bill 2015 presented in Kerala Assembly. The bill assures mandatory preparation of District Plan.
