The teachers who have participated in the enumeration duty of SECC 2011, was granted earned leave by treating the period of vaccation prevented as duty. The order will be a blessing to thousands of teaching staff who engaged in SECC because they will get honorarium+TA+ELS while the other will get only honorarium+TA.
